Quality and Safety of Tecnyvan Enclosures

Quality control encompasses all mechanisms, actions, and tools that ensure the final product meets the highest standards. At Tecnyvan, we strongly believe in this and base our approach on three fundamental pillars:

  1. Quality Standards
    We strictly comply with all existing quality standards, including those related to construction, material treatment, and handling, while considering environmental protection and recycling.

  2. Continuous Training
    We regularly conduct technical training sessions and courses for our technical and commercial staff on quality and workplace safety systems. Our goal is to provide an ever-improving level of value-added services.

  3. Internal Control
    We implement rigorous internal checks at every stage: planning, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, and installation of our enclosures. Since we often work directly at our customers’ homes, we ensure our work is always respectful of the environment.

  4. Quality and Innovation
    • Structure
      We use first-extrusion aluminum, alloy 6060/6063, subjected to T5 hardness treatment under the U.N.E. EN-573-1 standard.
      Our profiles, approved by the Ministry of Industry and Energy (MINER), are extruded in compliance with U.N.E. EN-755 and U.N.E. EN-12020 standards.
    • Coating
      The aluminum structure coating process follows the QUALICOAT standard, ensuring a preparatory chromate treatment followed by a lacquer layer with a minimum thickness of 60 microns.
      For wood-effect lacquered materials, an additional decoration phase is applied using a special ink-impregnated film through a sublimation process, following the quality standards set by QUALIDECO.
      Anodized materials receive a class 25 anodic layer under the EWAA-EURAS quality standards, guaranteeing maximum product durability.
    • Glazing
      All plastic glazing materials used by TECNYVAN—whether acrylic, cellular polycarbonate, or solid polycarbonate—feature double-sided UV protection. This prevents premature deterioration and darkening caused by direct sunlight or reflected solar rays from the pool water.
      For glass glazing, we use laminated or double-glazed glass in various thicknesses, depending on the surface and technical requirements of each structure.
    • Fittings and Accessories
      To ensure long-term functionality, all our metal fittings and screws are made from stainless steel AISI 304 – 316, aluminum, or duralumin.
      Plastic accessories are UV-protected and water-resistant.
      For sealing, we use EPDM rubber gaskets, solvent-free neutral silicones, and UV-protected polypropylene brushes.
      Structural anchoring is performed using nylon, metal, or chemical expansion anchors, complying with regulations and technical requirements at all times.
